How long does it take to deliver the dashboards?
We typically need at least a week to deliver the 1st draft for our next consultation where we will discuss the layout, metrics and visuals.
What will you need from us?
We need access to your SaaS software, e.g. an account that has administrative rights so that we can connect the data into a data warehouse. The access will also allow us to check the output from the dashboard against what is shown inside the SaaS platform.
We only have data on Excel spreadsheets. Can we work with you?
Definitely! We have handled many such projects where they only have data on spreadsheets. However, as the complexity of spreadsheets vary from project to project, we will need to look through in detail for us to provide a good project cost estimate.
How accurate is the cost estimate?
Typically, the cost estimate is within ±10% of the actual project cost. There are many other factors that could influence the project, but we also want a way for our clients to know if something is within their budget.
Can we add other SaaS into the dashboards the future?
Most definitely! Your focus might be on a SaaS currently, but that will change in the future as you add more SaaS to your tech stack. We will discuss your requirements and see how best to integrate the new data.

Most definitely! Depending on your requirements, we can bring data across your different SaaS into a single dashboard, while ensuring best performance and reliability.
How secure is our data?
The 3rd party connector we work with, brings your data from the cloud service of the SaaS into a database. These run on APIs, and are over HTTPS. Authentication with the cloud service typically uses a OAuth2 handshake, but some cloud services do not support this and so token authentication might be used.
At the Power BI dashboard level, we will work with you to ensure that the right permissions and access to the data is being managed properly with row-level security (RLS).
Are there any on-going maintenance fees?
No, there are no maintenance fees after building your dashboards with us. The only recurring costs is the connector subscriptions and Power BI licenses if you require those.
However, we do offer optional support packages at reasonable rates. This allows us to help you make minor tweaks to your dashboard along the way, or progressively build more analysis based on your needs. You will also get priority support response.
Do we need any specific technical infrastructure on our end?
Everything is on the cloud, so you do not need to invest in any infrastructure.

How does the consultation and revisions work?
After understanding your requirements, we will set out a timeline for the project, including more consultation to understand the specifics.
